Do I own the code, content, and domain?

Yes — fully. The code lives in a private GitHub repo you have full read access to from day one. Content and assets are yours. The domain stays in your registrar account — we just point it at the new site. No proprietary builders. No vendor lock-in.

Can I move to another host later?

Yes. The site is built on standard tech (Next.js, plain CSS, vanilla JS) — any modern host (Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare Pages) can serve it. If you ever leave Fluis, we hand over the repo and a one-page migration guide. Walk away with everything.

How does the AI agent learn about my business?

During the Build + Train phase, we feed the agent your services, pricing, FAQs, hours, service area, and tone-of-voice. It launches knowing your business. Every month we review chat transcripts and fine-tune answers based on what real visitors are asking.

What does "fully managed" actually include?

Hosting, SSL, security patches, monthly performance tune-ups, monthly content updates, monthly rank monitoring, and AI agent retraining as your business changes. We watch your site so you don't have to. If something breaks at 2am, we fix it before you notice.

What if I want changes after launch?

Content edits are included in every plan (2/month on Website + Growth, unlimited on Custom). Bigger changes — new sections, layout tweaks, redesigns — happen during the monthly tune-up. Priority same-day response on Custom tier.

Can you migrate my existing site?

We rebuild it from scratch — templates and theme tweaks have a ceiling. We pull what's worth keeping (copy, photos, integrations) and ship a new site at your existing domain with zero downtime. Old site stays live until the new one is approved.

What's not included in the monthly fee?

Stock photography licensing (we recommend Unsplash + your own photos · saves ~£200/yr) and third-party tool subscriptions (your CRM, scheduler, etc.). Everything else — hosting, SSL, AI agent, monthly tweaks, performance monitoring — is bundled in.

How long until my site is live?

4 weeks from kickoff to launch on Website and Growth. Custom multi-page builds take 6–8 weeks depending on integrations. Most clients book their first lead within 30 days of launch.
