Do I need to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number. We set up call forwarding so that when you cannot pick up — on a job, after hours — the call goes to the AI receptionist or triggers the text-back. When you can answer, nothing changes.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It is yours. Your contacts, calls, bookings and reviews sit in your CRM, and when you leave you get a full export of everything we built and collected for you. Your domain and your content are yours from day one. If you want to keep the system running yourself, we move your CRM into your own account with the software provider and you pay them directly. Nothing is switched off.
Who answers the calls?
The AI receptionist answers first, in a natural voice, and books the job straight into your calendar. Anyone who would rather talk to a person is put through to you or your team within seconds, or gets a callback booked if you are busy. No caller is left with a machine.
What if I already have a website?
Keep it — the AI Receptionist works with the website you already have, at the same price. If you take Full Business Setup we rebuild the site on your existing domain, and your old site stays up until you approve the new one. Local SEO on its own works on the site you have.
What counts as "it booked"?
An appointment created on your calendar. If the AI or the text-back books a job, that is a booking — and a no-show still counts, because the booking happened. Zero bookings in a month means we refund that month in full. That is the whole promise.
