We do not pretend otherwise. It says what it is, answers the question, and gets a person when one is needed. You read what it is allowed to say before it goes live, and you can change any of it.
What happens if it cannot answer something?
It says so plainly and hands the conversation to your team, with the whole chat attached, so whoever picks it up already knows what was asked. Nobody is left talking to a wall.
Where does it work?
On your website, and on the apps people already message you from: text message, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram. It is the same agent giving the same answers on all of them.
Do I need a new website for it?
