I started Fluis because I watched too many local business owners freeze when AI showed up. Not because they didn't want it — but because every agency they called was selling them a "strategy deck," a 40-page audit, or a £5k "AI readiness assessment." Nobody was actually building the thing.
So we built the agency I'd want running if I owned a roofing company, an HVAC shop, or a dental practice. You don't learn the tools. You don't write the prompts. You don't wire integrations.
