Hey — I'm Shahzad Haider.
Twenty-five years ago, the internet didn't ask for permission. The local businesses that adapted early — real websites, real ads, the ones who figured out "SEO" before the word existed — ran circles around the holdouts for the next two decades. The ones who waited got squeezed out.
AI is doing it again. Only faster.
The shift won't wait for you to learn it. It's already moving — quietly rewriting which local businesses get found and which ones don't.
I started Fluis because I watched too many local business owners freeze when AI showed up. Not because they didn't want it — but because every agency they called was selling them a "strategy deck," a 40-page audit, or a £5k "AI readiness assessment." Nobody was actually building the thing.
So we built the agency I'd want running if I owned a roofing company, an HVAC shop, or a dental practice. You don't learn the tools. You don't write the prompts. You don't wire integrations. We do all of it — voice agent, chat agent, website, local SEO — end-to-end. And we tie the bill to the outcome: zero bookings in a month, and we refund that month.
We're early, and we're hands-on by design. My brother and I build every site, train every agent, and wire every integration ourselves. When something breaks at 11pm, the person who fixes it is the one who wrote the code — because that’s still us.

Do I need to learn the AI tools? Write prompts? Click admin panels?
No. You don't write a single prompt or open an admin dashboard unless you want to. We deploy the AI, train it on your business voice, wire it to your CRM and phone system, and hand you a phone that rings with already-qualified leads. If you'd rather not look at the AI side at all, you don't have to. Most of our clients never log into the dashboards we build.
How long does the AI implementation take?
Faster than you'd expect. Chat agent: live in 1–2 weeks. Voice agent: 2–3 weeks. New website: 3–4 weeks. Local SEO: first ranking moves in 30–90 days. And a month with zero bookings is a month we refund in full. No "discovery quarters." No "phase 2 alignments."
Are you actually small? Or is this a marketing claim?
Genuinely small. Fluis is two brothers — one builds, one designs and ranks. We don’t outsource client work. You always work with a co-founder, never an account manager. A small bench of contractors (illustrators, voice talent, video editors) joins specific projects — but never for client-facing work.
Are the founders hands-on?
Both of us, always. Every client gets both co-founders in the same channel — one still ships the code, the other still ships the designs and runs the SEO. No account managers. No handoffs. When something breaks at 11pm, the person who wrote it is the one who fixes it.
How do you decide who to take on as a client?
The bar is: can we confidently make you money inside 90 days? If yes, we'll move fast on the proposal. If no, we'll tell you straight on the fit-check call — and often refer you to someone who can help.
What happens if we work together and it doesn't work?
A month with zero bookings is a month we refund in full. Full Business Setup and the AI Receptionist: cancel any month — no notice period, no termination fee. The option is there, in writing.
Where can I see your work?
On the fit-check call. We’ll walk you through live builds and exactly what we’d ship for you. If you want a backchannel reference, we can introduce you to a client — with their permission.
