No bookings in a month? We refund it.
No Bookings, No Bill. If nothing gets booked in a month, you don't pay for it: you are billed, then refunded in full. A booking is an appointment on your calendar, and a no-show still counts. Local SEO has its own promise instead: we record your baseline in month one and check growth at month six.

Hi, I'm Shahzad Haider.
Twenty years ago, the local firms that got a proper website and turned up on Google early ran rings round the ones who waited. The ones who waited lost work they never knew about.
The same thing is happening again with AI, only faster.
Customers now ask Google and ChatGPT who to call, and expect an answer straight away. The firm that answers first gets the job.
I started Fluis because I kept seeing good tradespeople lose jobs to voicemail, to slow replies and to websites nobody could find. Every agency they rang wanted to sell them a "strategy", a long report or an expensive audit. Nobody was actually building the thing.
So we built the company I'd want if I ran a plumbing or heating firm. You don't learn any tools. You don't set anything up. We do all of it: the website, the Google listing, the follow-ups, the missed-call texts and the AI receptionist. And we tie the bill to the result: if a month brings you no bookings, we refund it.
We're hands-on by design. My brother and I build every site and set up every system ourselves. If something breaks at 11pm, the person who fixes it is the person who built it.

Do I need to learn any software?
No. You don't set anything up or learn any tools. We set up the AI, teach it your business, connect it to your phone and calendar, and hand it over working. If you never want to look at the AI side, you don't have to. You never have to log in unless you want to.
How long does it take to set up?
We agree the timeline with you on the call. It depends on how much we are building. We build first, and you see it working before you pay. And a month with no bookings is refunded in full.
Are you actually small? Or is this a marketing claim?
Genuinely small. Fluis is two brothers. One builds the systems, the other designs the sites and runs the SEO. We do not hand client work to anyone else. You always deal with one of us, never an account manager. A few trusted specialists help on specific projects, but never with your customers.
Are the founders hands-on?
Both of us, always. You can reach both of us directly. One of us builds your system, the other designs your site and runs your SEO. No account managers. No hand-offs. If something breaks at 11pm, the person who built it fixes it.
How do you decide who to take on as a client?
We take on trades we are confident we can help. If we can help, we'll move fast. If not, we'll tell you straight on the call, and often point you to someone who can.
What happens if we work together and it doesn't work?
A month with no bookings is refunded in full. Full Business Setup and the AI receptionist are month to month: cancel any month, with no fee. It is all in writing.
