No Bookings, No Bill — a fixed monthly rate with no setup, and zero bookings in a month means that month is free. You are billed as normal, and we refund that month in full.

How does No Bookings, No Bill work?
A month in which nothing gets booked is a month you do not pay for. You are billed as normal, and we refund that month in full. A booking means an appointment created on your connected calendar; no-shows still count as booked. There is no claim to file.
How do I get the money back?
You do not have to do anything. We count the bookings when the month closes. If the count is zero, we refund that month to the account you paid from. There is nothing to claim, chase, or dispute.
What about Local SEO?
Search compounds, so it cannot honestly be measured in bookings. Local SEO carries the Visibility Promise instead. Month one sets your baseline: Google clicks and profile actions. If both have not grown by month six, we keep working at no charge until they do — for up to three more months. Ranking takes 3–6 months; we say so before you sign.
Are there setup fees or onboarding costs?
No setup fees. Ever. We build it first. Your first month is the same price as month two, and if it does not book, you walk away.
Can I add the AI Receptionist later?
Yes — any month. Chat and Voice are add-ons at one price each, whether you add them to a package or run them on their own with the website you already have.
Can I buy Local SEO without the rest?
Yes. Local SEO is £497 a month on the website you already have. We need editor access to your site, manager access to your Google Business Profile and access to Search Console. If your site cannot be worked on, we tell you on the first call.
What if I want to cancel?
Full Business Setup and the AI Receptionist: cancel any month, no fee. Plans that include Local SEO run for six months, then month to month. If you leave a plan early, the early-exit terms in our Refund Policy apply. Either way you keep everything we built.
